We hope you love our PAYARU products but if you're not 100% satisfied, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of the postal delivery so we can help.
We will only accept tubes that are at least half way full. If the tube is less than half way full, we will not be able to issue a refund.
We will provide a FREE return label - so that shipping the product(s) back to us is easy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by PAYARU more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

"Final Sale" items (if applicable)
Items that are listed as "Final Sale" are not refundable.
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.
